Wayne and Cindy were extremely helpful and friendly during my recent visit and Catrike purchase. Wayne and I went for a demo ride and he provided so much information about the Catrike quality and reliability that I had no other choice than to buy from him. He gave me full descriptions of multiple facets of maintenance of brakes, rear derailleur adjustment, front wheel axle adjustment, and other things that might pop up, right down to what color to pick. I think of him and Cindy as new friends. They really like the Catrike brand and they love people. Wayne loves to teach you whatever you would like to know about any of these models that Catrike has developed. I highly recommend this trike shop!
